Roosevelt School Condominiums

The Roosevelt Condominiums building was an old school that was closed for a few years and then re-purposed into 23 residential apartment units. The building was gutted and redone, while not only maintaining some historical features, but also adding modern amenities like balconies and a fitness center. The project was so popular that all of the living space was sold out before The Roosevelt was even finished. This allowed the owners of each living space to add a personal touch, since some of the spaces were personally designed and developed for their individual taste.

The project primarily uses two- to three-ton compact packaged horizontal units for each individual living space. The vertical loops are out in the green space and they were bored into the basement of the building and connected to a variable-speed pump and a hydro-separator.  Internal piping leads from the mechanical room up to the individual geothermal systems. Special features of the apartments include accent walls that utilize reclaimed brick and wood; LED lighting; reclaimed 1920’s fireplace mantels and buffets.
